Overall feedback from our initial consultation in the Autumn of 2007 was supportive of the creation of job opportunities and stressed the importance of providing a mix of housing. A lot of those who responded were concerned that the A46 should be dualled before development took place and also wanted effective flood management measures to be put in place.
