Over the next 15-20 years, Newark Future is proposing to deliver up to 6,000 new homes to the south of the town. These will help meet the need for houses, including affordable houses, and provide funding to improve transport links and provide community facilities.

The team delivering this project have reviewed the feedback from the public consultation and are in discussions with the Council to determine where the housing should go and what mix of housing should be provided.
