Over the next 15 years, we are proposing to deliver a sustainable urban extension to the south of the town. This will help meet the need for houses, including affordable new community facilities, and provide funding to improved transport links.

The proposals include a wide range of different types of home, including smaller starter homes and large family dwellings. All homes will be within walking distance of local community facilities.

The outline planning application seeks to deliver up to 3,150 new homes on Land South of Newark during the Core Strategy plan period up to 2026.
