Over the next 15-20 years, Newark Future is proposing to deliver a large urban extension to the south of the town. This will help meet the need for houses, including affordable houses, and provide funding to improve transport links and provide community facilities.

Newark Future will include a wide range of different types of home, including smaller starter homes and large family dwellings. All homes will be within walking distance of local community facilities.
