The submitted master plan includes a range of local community facilities strategically located within the development to be within easy walking distance of all new homes, helping deliver a cohesive and sustainable community. The proposals includes two primary schools, a medical/GP practice, crèche, multi-purpose community buildings, local shops, a children’s nursery and extensive areas of open space, children’s play areas and playing fields.

A percentage of homes will be available for rent or part-ownership to help those who have difficulty getting a foot on the property ladder.
